How does getting a quote work?
Tell EZE about your property, the services you need and your preferred date. We will review your request and discuss the quote with you. Your booking is confirmed when EZE accepts the date and agreed work.
How much will my clean cost?
Your estimate is based on the property size, condition and selected services. Quotes are estimates unless EZE explicitly agrees to a fixed price. Ask us to confirm what is included; any extra work and its price must be discussed and approved before it proceeds.
What happens if extra work is needed?
You choose the extras. Any additional work and its price are discussed and approved before proceeding. Standard wall care is spot-cleaning of removable marks, not a full wall wash. Full wall washing, external windows and detailed blind cleaning are quoted separately. Mention any special requests so EZE can confirm the work in your quote.
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon completion.
When will I know the arrival time?
Exact arrival time is normally confirmed one day beforehand. Your preferred cleaning date must first be accepted by EZE.
